BUSINESS Associate & Team Leader
Job Context:
- Matribhumi Asset Services Ltd is a start-up Company that aims to provide high end Property Services in ‘negotiation’, ‘buy’ & ‘sale’ with a team of Industry Top Professionals & Experts.
- The company is now looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong sales personnel for its Sales/Marketing operations.
- The appropriate candidate should have the ability of building a strong relationship with the prospective Clients to increase sales potentials and increase brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying/selling psychology of the prospective customers.
- Understand key customers individual needs and addressing those efficiently.
- Forecast to achieve company’s sales target and objectives set by the management.
- Meet client’s requirements quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the team leaders to Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing & sales plans.
- Working under pressure and meet the target & deadline set by the team leaders.
- To provide weekly & monthly report to his/her superior regarding sales performance and ongoing marketing/sales activities.
Employment Status: Full-time
Workplace/Job Location: Work at office (Prime Location, Dhaka)
Educational Requirements: BBA/Graduate from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Relationship Management, Negotiation, Business Development, Customer Service, Market Research, Sales - The applicants should have experience in any fast-growing business Industry, especially in Real Estate
- Fresher may also apply having excellent Academic Background
- Year & Field (industry) of Experience may be relaxed for really deserving candidates
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Males & Females- both are allowed to apply
- A strong understanding of the Property with proven success in a competitive sales environment
- Proven record in dealing with the Clients of Residential &Commercial Property
- Technical and Professional Knowledge & Skills for the position is added point
- Practical knowledge on Customer Service & the procedure is encouraged
- Sound knowledge on Sales process, Payment procedure and Agreement will be considered
- Presentation Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales Skills are basics
- Moderately competent in MS office
- Leadership is must
- Ability to promote team work and to anticipate & resolve issues.
- Focus on ‘business result’
Salary: Tk. 25,000 –40,000 (Monthly)
