- It may take 2 to 3 weeks to choose a right Property, and verify the Ownership documents & finalize the business.
- Property ‘Registration’ & ‘Mutation’ in own name may take 1 to 2 month’s time once business is made.
- Physical Handover of the Property will be done immediate after signing the deal and making full payment, after processing documentation work & transfer formalities.
